Explore the world of traditional Indian Hatha yoga at your own pace and ability. Proper alignment, modifications, and props will be shared for an inclusive experience. Other styles of yoga we will explore include: Asthanga, Vinyasa, Restorative, Kundalini, Yogalates (Yoga and Pilates), Yin, etc.

About the event
Join us for personalized yoga classes at your ability and level. We will meet in the Yoga room if space allows. For larger classes we will meet in the Ballroom or Tennis court near the mailboxes. I'm excited to continue our yoga journey!
We will meet on Monday's and Saturday's alternating at 10am. Please feel free to book what classes you can attend ahead of time. Discounted memberships are coming soon! Classes are $20 per person. If this is not within your budget, PLEASE let me know and we will work something out! No yogi will be turned down or left behind. Let's come together and get our yoga glow/shine on!
